Sheraton Galleria Dallas is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas. You will stock supplies, clean rooms to brand standards, and report any damages to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Bend and reach to dust, clean and make beds in rooms.
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time during shifts.
• Communicate information and service needs clearly with guests.
• Use written notes to mark completed rooms and daily tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to room cleanliness and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping bag with cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms.
• Clean the guest rooms assigned to you.
• Ensure amenities are stocked for each cleaned room.
• Complete the housekeeping checklist and report damages or hazards.
• Secure guest room doors on exiting the room.
• Keep corridors and service areas neat at all times.
• Turn in lost and found items and guest room keys.
• Follow safety and security procedures and rules.
