MGM Resorts is seeking a Guest Room Attendant at ARIA in Las Vegas. You will help create a clean, welcoming guest experience through meticulous room maintenance and attention to detail in a luxury setting.

As part of a team dedicated to excellence, you will ensure guest rooms meet the high standards of MGM Resorts and contribute to WOW memories that guests carry beyond their stay. The starting rate is $25.0833 per hour, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Three months of related housekeeping or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms including beds, vacuuming, trash, and surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms and sanitize all surfaces with proper procedures.
• Restock amenities, folders, soaps, tissues, and towels.
• Place bathmats and restock towels on racks.
• Report unusual room conditions or repairs needed.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.0833 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Clean guestrooms including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping down or dusting all surfaces
• Clean bathrooms including basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors using proper chemicals and cleaning procedures
• Replenish all guest amenities, information folders, soaps, tissues, and other room supplies as needed
• Place clean bathmats on tubs and/or shower doors and restock clean towels on towel racks
• Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Three (3) months of related experience in housekeeping, or exposure to the hospitality industry and training from the Culinary Training Center
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
