The Surf Club, part of Four Seasons Hotels Limited, is looking for a Guest Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team in Surfside near Miami Beach. You will maintain immaculate guest rooms and deliver thoughtful service that enhances the guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning, turndown service, and personalizing guest interactions. This is a Full Time role with early mornings, days, evenings, holidays and weekends, and U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• One year of hotel housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills.

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room according to procedure.
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied and checkout rooms.
• Provides turndown service for guests.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

About the role:

The Guest Room Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests and through attention to detail , ensur ing all guest rooms are clean and up to standard . This role anticipates , customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This role is part of the Housekeeping Team.

What you will do:

• Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
• Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
• Provides turndown service for guests
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest

What you bring:

• One year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
