Role

Cleans, re-stocks, and maintains hotel guestrooms and suites ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Enhance guest experience through exceptional service.
2. Service assigned rooms according to departmental standards within specified timeframes.
3. Document room status on assignment sheets.
4. Greet passing guests, establishing eye contact.
5. Ensure operational status of equipment in guestrooms (TV, remote, phones, lights, etc.).
6. Use cleaning chemicals and safety equipment as instructed.
7. Follow safety protocols.
8. Deliver guest-requested items.
9. Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
10. Execute daily cleaning projects.
11. Secure master keys during work.
12. Collect and secure lost-and-found articles.
13. Restock housekeeping carts daily.
14. Handle biohazard cleanup in assigned areas.
15. Maintain cleanliness of storage and linen rooms.
16. Control inventory of supplies.
17. Keep accurate task records, including rooms cleaned and items distributed.
18. Suggest operational improvements to increase guest satisfaction and reduce costs.
19. Collaborate with team members for optimal cooperation and service.
20. Resolve guest issues promptly.
21. Adhere to departmental and property policies.

23. Represent Bally’s positively with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
24. Train new employees as needed.
25. Maintain knowledge of property and memorabilia.

Qualifications

Training
