Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and overall maintenance of assigned rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Pick up trash, change linens, thoroughly clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock supplies.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests professionally, respecting privacy, and responding promptly to their needs.
• Verify and inspect rooms, report discrepancies, and ensure timely room turnover.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure proper communication with engineering and housekeeping supervisors.
• Ensure guest rooms are inviting and comfortable, following brand standards.
• Handle lost and found items and room service trays according to hotel policies.
• Make up rollaway beds and maintain room readiness for guests.
• Maintain professionalism and hospitality at all times, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellent service.
