Golden Nugget Atlantic City - Guest Service Position

Golden Nugget Atlantic City has an excellent career opportunity for individuals that exhibit exceptional guest service and hospitality!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
2. Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
3. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
4. Clean and supply guestrooms with linen, towels, and guest amenities.
5. Perform any other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Previous work experience is helpful. Must be guest-oriented.
