Job summary

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO seeks a Reservations Agent to deliver exceptional guest service from inquiry to booking. You will provide accurate information on accommodations, amenities, and services, while maximizing revenue through consultative selling.

After onsite training, a hybrid or remote work option may be available. Local candidates residing in Colorado within a three-hour commute are preferred, with weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent - required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English - required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish - preferred.
• 1+ years hotel/resort reservations experience - preferred.
• 1+ years customer service experience - preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office - required.
• Experience with reservations software - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting callers and online inquiries with accommodations and amenities.
• Guide guests through the reservation process, accurately entering and confirming bookings.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Respond promptly to high volumes of calls, emails, chats while maintaining standards.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate information and seamless guest experiences.
