Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a Reservations Agent to deliver exceptional guest service throughout the booking process. You will provide accurate information, upsell options, and ensure seamless reservations from inquiry to confirmation.

The role emphasizes customer focus, detail orientation, and strong communication in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Remote or hybrid options may be available after onsite training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English required.
• Experience in hotel/resort reservations and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting callers and online inquiries.
• Guide guests through the reservation process and confirm bookings.
• Promote room upgrades, packages, and resort amenities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Respond promptly to high volumes of calls, emails, and chats while maintaining standards.
• Develop knowledge of resort offerings to match guest needs with options.
• Resolve concerns and booking issues professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain accurate guest records and payment information per policy.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and Housekeeping.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including conversion, upselling, and satisfaction.
• Participate in training and stay current on systems and policies.
