Highgate Hotels is seeking a Reservations Agent for The Joule Dallas, a landmark hotel opened in 2008 and part of a portfolio that includes properties in major markets. You will handle reservations, inquiries, and cancellations with attentive service while quoting rates to maximize room revenue under Highgate standards.

The role requires a proactive front desk presence, ability to upsell where appropriate, and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Book room reservations and maximize revenue using standard rate quotes.
• Enter reservations into the system per operating procedures.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department for group bookings and update availability.
