Job summary

Six Flags White Water in Acworth, GA is seeking a Guest Services support member to assist with membership operations, process payments, sell park admissions media, and distribute tickets and media as applicable.

You will help guests, resolve complaints, and ensure a safe, friendly, and efficient guest experience. The position offers daily pay, free tickets for family and friends, and opportunities for advancement in a diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and/or other languages; reading/speaking skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with proper debit/credit and mobile payment procedures.
• Provide accurate information to Guests and assist Season Passes and Membership holders.
• Utilize POS system and season pass administration system to sell tickets and look up season pass and membership information.
• Handle various ticket transactions with and without coupons.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their visit to Six Flags.
• Resolve Guest concerns that may arise daily.
• Ensure standards of performance and image, cleanliness, and courtesy are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

• Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards requirements are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate:$10.50/hr.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Must react well in stressful situations and emergencies.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to actively engage guests.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and/or other languages preferred, including the ability to read and speak.
• Available to work flexible hours on nights and weekends.
• Be safety conscious, while also outgoing with a friendly demeanor.
• Be willing to actively engage guests.
• Fluent in More than 1 Language (Preferred, not required)
