Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking a friendly Guest Relations Staff member to provide outstanding guest service, assist with Express Check-ins, escort guests to sites, and act as a resort concierge. This seasonal, full-time or part-time role reports to the Guest Relations Supervisor and requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic computer skills.
• Provide quality guest interactions with upbeat, energetic personality at all times.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Can handle issues as they arise and take quick action to resolve them.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a positive work environment with coworkers, guests and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in, escort to lodging or RV site.
• Explain service options and accommodate guest needs.
• Be first point-of-contact for guest arrivals and questions.
• Upsell ancillary sales (firewood, ice, golf carts, etc.) and deliver promptly.
• Enforce park rules and quiet hours.
• Engage with guests to foster relationships and fulfill requests.
• Document notes in the reservation system using a tablet.
• Coordinate with departments and escalate issues as needed.
• Submit work orders and follow guest recovery guidelines.
