Northgate Resorts is seeking a Food and Beverage/Retail Manager (age 18+) to lead daily operations across reservations, dining, retail, and events at our camp-resort. The role reports to the Assistant General Manager and requires managing staff, budgets, and guest service to ensure memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising F&B and retail teams, managing inventories, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating on promotions.

Qualificações

• Two years of management experience.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, and management preferred.
• Strong organizational, motivational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily activities of food and beverage services, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and budget control for F&B and retail.
