Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital - Elgin is seeking a Guest Relations assistant to perform administrative and clerical tasks in the Security Department. You will greet staff and visitors with professionalism and kindness, supporting leaders, physicians and employees as needed.

This part-time role (<60) runs daytime shifts and requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. Bilingual preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $15.00 to $21.72. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
