Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital - Elgin is seeking a Guest Relations team member to provide administrative support within the Security Department. You will greet staff and visitors with professionalism, perform clerical tasks, and support performance improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail. Healthcare experience and bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative assistant and clerical duties in the Security Department.
