Job summary

Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital invites applications for a Guest Relations Representative to act as a friendly liaison between patients, families, visitors and the clinical team. You will help create a welcoming environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for patients.

The role includes cross-training on the switchboard and working a flexi schedule with rotating days, evenings and nights (minimum 8 hours per week).

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Willingness to cross-train on the switchboard.
