• Experience with switchboard or front desk operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital/medical teams to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience.
• Provide a welcoming and genuine environment for all guests and address concerns promptly.
• Cross-train on the switchboard to handle calls and routing as needed.
• Support rotating day/evening/night shifts and participate in a flexible schedule.
