Job summary

Palm Beach Shores Resort in Florida is seeking a Part-time Guest Relations team member to be the welcoming, security-conscious presence that makes every guest experience seamless and enjoyable. This role blends hospitality with safety, requiring visibility across the property and courteous service.

You’ll coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering, and Management, perform property walkthroughs, handle guest inquiries, and help ensure the resort runs smoothly during night shifts, with support from

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, guest services, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with an approachable, professional demeanor.
• Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
• Physically able to perform property walkthroughs and remain alert during shifts.
• Knowledge of basic emergency procedures and ability to follow resort policies.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, professional face of the resort, maintaining a visible presence across the property.
• Conduct routine property walkthroughs, including guest rooms, floors, outdoor areas, parking lots, and pools, enforcing resort policies and ensuring safety.
• Assist guests with questions, concerns, or incidents with courtesy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering, and Management to communicate guest notifications and report incidents.
• Ensure all back‑of‑house areas are secured and complete end‑of‑shift reports.
• Work closely with Night Audit and MOD to respond to any issues during your shift.
