• Assist with membership inquiries and services; guide to resources.
• Check-in members and handle billing/renewals.
• Keep front desk area tidy and ensure locker rooms and bathrooms are clean and presentable.
• Promote memberships, personal training, and other Planet Fitness services.
• Collaborate with team to achieve club goals and maintain safety.
