You will multitask in a fast-paced setting, assisting with non-clinical tasks and promoting resident comfort. The role emphasizes reliability, patience, and clear communication, with duties spanning bed-making, meal assistance, activity engagement, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately document information and follow care procedures.
• Clear communication and professionalism in interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Genuine care for residents' well-being and comfort.
• Reliable, organized, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the nursing department with non-clinical tasks (bed-making, passing water/ice, answering call bells, gathering supplies).
• Assist with meals—prepare, deliver, and clean up following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas; keep spaces organized and safe.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed for residents.
• Observe and report safety concerns or conditions needing attention to management/nursing staff.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance:Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observeand Report:Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.
• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
