Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services/front desk or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads Guest Services teams and manages day-to-day operations with integrity.
• Maintains relationships across departments to support property operations and goals.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and resolves guest issues promptly.
• Implements projects and policies, including payroll administration and SOP adherence.
• Provides guidance and direction to staff, sets performance standards, and participates in evaluations.
• Performs front desk duties during peak times and ensures smooth guest flow.
