Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to maintain units and facilities, ensuring every guest stays in perfectly working order. You’ll apply basic handyman skills, perform make-ready tasks, and support upkeep across buildings and landscapes.

You’ll work under supervision to deliver quality results, handle repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry), and uphold safety programs while providing friendly service to team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality.
• Make-ready unit maintenance and repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies per safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner that preserves optimum quality.
• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape including trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
