Job summary

Forest Home Christian Camps is seeking an Accommodations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of cabins, meeting spaces, and facilities, ensuring guest-ready cleanliness and safety. You will coordinate staff across Housekeeping, Laundry, and Service Technicians, support training, and report to the Assistant Manager and Director.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 2–3 years in housekeeping/ hospitality, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of housekeeping, accommodations, hospitality, or related operational experience preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating staff and daily workflow preferred.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft applications, CMMS, and other operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure facilities are clean and guest-ready.
• Coordinate turnovers, cleaning priorities, seasonal changeovers, and daily assignments.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, buildings, meeting spaces, and ensure deficiencies are corrected promptly.
• Support room and meeting space setups, furniture moves, and other operational needs as required.
• Supervise and support team leads and staff.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily work across Housekeeping, Laundry, and Service Technician teams.
• Provide training, coaching, and accountability for performance, attendance, safety, and departmental procedures.
• Adjust staffing and assignments based on operational needs.
• Support training in cleaning standards, chemical use, PPE, safety procedures, and meeting space setups.
• Ensure consistent quality and adherence to departmental standards.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, linens, inventory, and assigned work areas.
• Report repairs and facility needs and ensure work orders are entered and followed through in CMMS.
• Ensure required vehicle and equipment inspections are completed.
• Support the organization and cleanliness of storage areas, warehouses, vehicles, and equipment.
