• Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and analytics modeling.
• Experience shaping analytics in marketplaces or platform environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic deep dives and derive actionable insights to inform roadmap.
• Build and maintain self-service dashboards and analytics tools for stakeholders.
• Define data foundation requirements including logging and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Data Science to ensure alignment.
