Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Analytics Leader to join the Quality & Blueprint team. The role drives end-to-end analysis, experiments, and reporting to improve guest and host experiences at scale.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to diagnose issues, design interventions, and deliver leadership-ready recommendations, balancing rigor and speed across a constrained capacity period.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments and applying statistical methods.
• Experience with causal inference techniques and applying them to business problems.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact analysis, experimentation, and reporting to improve guest and host experience.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments).
• Build causal inference frameworks to estimate impact of changes.
• Leverage AI-assisted analytics to extract structured insights from unstructured data.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for self-serve insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align methodology and interpretation.
• Translate analyses into concise leadership-ready recommendations.
