Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an Advanced Analytics Lead to empower product and business leaders within our Customer Success organization. You will drive data-driven roadmaps, build scalable analytics tools, and partner across engineering, product, and operations to improve guest, host, and agent experiences.

You will lead analytics, conduct causal analysis, and communicate insights to influence decisions at scale. This role is US-Remote Eligible with opportunities to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in business analytics with a quantitative degree (Masters or PhD a plus).
• Experience supporting customer service or operations teams.
• Expert SQL and programming in Python or R; non-experimental causal inference and ML exposure.
• Knowledge of schema design and high-dimensional data modeling; ETL frameworks like Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Be data thought partner to product and business leaders across teams through insights and recommendations.
• Lead day-to-day analytics and create scalable data tools.
• Identify pain points in customer support operations and work with product leadership to improve experiences.
• Build business insights and reporting platforms to detect and improve behaviors and product interfaces.
• Perform data modeling and define metrics; communicate why changes move the needle.
• Influence data-driven decisions and experimentation strategies using causal inference.
