Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Analytics Leader for the Quality & Blueprint team. You will drive high-impact analyses, experimentation, and reporting to diagnose and improve guest and host experiences.

This hands-on role centers on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership-ready recommendations. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other Advanced Analytics teams to align on methodology, assumptions, and interpretation, shaping strategic decisions and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science in industry.
• Hands-on SQL and Python or R.
• Experience designing A/B experiments and causal inference methods.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics workflows and LLMs.
• Ability to translate analyses into clear insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis and experimentation to improve guest and host experiences.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments.
• Apply causal inference techniques to quantify impact of product and policy changes.
• Develop scalable analytics artifacts: dashboards, pipelines, and readouts.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams on methodologies.
