Job summary

BENCHMARK is looking for a motivated individual to join the Guest Services team as a Parking Attendant at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with vehicle arrivals and departures, and providing information about the resort and local area.

Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least one year of customer service experience. The company offers a comprehensive compensation package, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
• Ability to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars.
• Must be available for various shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open vehicle doors and escort guests to their cars upon arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve guests’ cars safely and responsibly.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a warm, professional welcome.
