What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Parking Attendant. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Parking Attendant assists with opening car doors as guests arrive and unloading of guest luggage as needed. They will serve as a source of knowledge for the guest about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.

Your Role

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Interact with all guests; consistently provide a warm, professional welcome and farewell while maintaining an impeccable appearance and a genuine service-oriented attitude
• Open doors for arriving guests and assist with luggage as needed
• Park and retrieve guests’ cars in a safe and responsible manner
• Assist guests in securing other forms of transportation as needed
• Coordinate with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience and proactively assist guests
• Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
• Perform duties and instructions as assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Be the difference with guests and employees by going beyond the norm

What Are We Looking For?

• High School Diploma
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license
• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving to retrieve cars
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
