Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Parking Attendant at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. The Parking Attendant will greet guests, assist with vehicle arrivals and departures, and provide information about the resort and local area.

Responsibilities

• Open vehicle doors and escort guests to their cars upon arrival and departure.
• Park and retrieve guests’ cars safely and responsibly.
• Assist guests in finding other transportation as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a warm, professional welcome.
• Work with other attendants to keep the entrance area clean and organized.
• Perform all duties assigned by the supervisor and other inherent responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems and work in a team environment.
• Pleasant, helpful, outgoing and engaging personality.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a full shift standing and running to retrieve cars.
