Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service or loyalty programs.
• Experience with loyalty programs and card enrollment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume interactions in a casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Morongo Rewards program and educates guests on its benefits.
• Greet guests and deliver outstanding guest service in person and by phone.
• Actively enrolls guests and processes card-related entries and PIN changes.
• Achieves daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and engagement goals.
• Issues compliments according to Morongo’s comp guidelines and guest play evaluation.
• Maintains accurate guest records and assists with card issuance across departments.
• Provides information about current promotions, events, and resort amenities.
• Maintains a clean, professional work area and assists with basic floor maintenance.
