Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Promotions Representative to support planning and on-floor execution of promotional events and marketing initiatives. This guest-facing role helps with giveaways, tournaments, drawings, and special events while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role emphasizes promoting brand standards and collaboration with casino operations to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Additional coursework in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in promotions, guest services, events, or a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries, distribute prizes, and provide accurate information about promotions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prior experience in a casino, resort, or entertainment venue is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Represent the Promotions Department on the casino floor and at event venues with a guest-focused demeanor.
• Assist with execution of promotions including giveaways, sweepstakes, tournaments, drawings, and events.
• Explain promotional rules, eligibility, and event details to guests clearly.
• Enroll guests into players club programs and promotional campaigns.
• Distribute promotional items and prizes per procedures and controls.
• Verify guest IDs and promotional eligibility per policies and gaming regulations.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory control of materials and equipment.
• Maintain records related to promotions and prize distribution.
• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless event execution.
• Monitor promotional areas for cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Provide feedback on guest participation and promotional effectiveness.
