Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Lift Attendant to prioritize guest safety and a positive experience on the lifts. You will help guests throughout loading, ticket scanning, and answering questions while maintaining lift operation readiness and adhering to all procedures.

The role involves working outside in all weather conditions, coordinating with departments, and supporting the lift team to ensure efficient guest movement and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, i.e.: weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe & enjoyable experience for our guests on the lifts.
• Answer questions that guests may have about the resort.
• Responsible for the scanning of guests lift tickets.
• Snow removal from loading area.
• Monitor the equipment to ensure proper operation and report problems.
• Greet guests and provide information about facilities and services.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly operator logs.
• Work outside in all weather conditions and at any time of day or night.
• Daily opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments concerning lift operations needs.
