Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Lift Attendant to ensure a safe, efficient experience for guests on the lifts and to answer questions about the resort. You will be the first contact in the lifts team, responsible for scanning lift tickets, monitoring equipment, and assisting guests in a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires strong communication, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, i.e. weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe & enjoyable experience for our guests on the lifts.
• Answer questions that guests may have about the resort.
• Responsible for the scanning of guests lift tickets.
• Snow removal from loading area.
• Monitor equipment and report mechanical problems immediately.
• Knowledgeable of lift requirements including evacuation procedures.
• Greet guests and provide information about facilities and services.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly operator logs.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and all times.
