Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Guest Lead to guide daily store operations, uphold service standards, and drive store goals. This role reports to Store Leadership and emphasizes teamwork, guest engagement, and brand presentation.

You will coach associates, model positive behavior, and participate in opening/closing procedures, loss prevention, and merchandising support. The position requires enthusiasm for giving back and a commitment to inclusive, high‑quality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and adhere to service standards.
• Act as a positive role model and coach associates on guest interactions.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and store operations.
• Maintain a clean, presentable store and assist with merchandising and displays.
