Job summary

Alumni Hall Stores, LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder/Team Lead to support store operations and drive sales. The role reports to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and oversees Store Associates to maintain service quality and store standards.

The ideal candidate will open/close the store, lead daily tasks, train staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold a superior customer experience while meeting goals such as UPT and email captures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a schedule based upon business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate, and follow-up on store associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, product placement, and sales goals (UPT, ADS, E-Mail Capture).
• Assist in training staff on company policies and procedures.
• Assist in daily merchandise replenishments.
• Maintain a clean, neat sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and organized stockroom.
• Maintain superior customer experience and service to every customer.
• Partner with management to protect company assets.
• Process e-commerce orders in a timely manner per company standards (as needed).
