Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Wilmington, NC seeks a Guest Lead to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain compelling visual presentations, and support associate development while ensuring operational compliance.

You will lead by example, coach teammates on guest interactions, and help open/close procedures, with a focus on teamwork, accountability, and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
