Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead at our Virginia Beach location to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain compelling visual presentations, and support store leadership. The role includes coaching associates and ensuring operational standards.

You will actively participate in merchandising, window displays, and loss prevention awareness, while representing the brand with professional dress and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform store duties.
