Hotel Park Ave in New York City invites qualified individuals to join as a Guest Journey Ambassador. You will warmly welcome guests and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out, while providing tailored recommendations to enhance their stay.

In this role, you will be the lobby focal point, addressing requests, handling luggage logistics, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and memorable moments for every guest.

Responsibilities

A design led lifestyle hotel, Hotel Park Ave sits at the heart of the NoMad neighborhood on one of Manhattan’s most famous streets. The hotel, currently undergoing refurbishment by the Lore Group design team, will soon unveil refreshed rooms, a new lobby and nine new suites.

As a Guest Journey Ambassador, you are the face of Hotel Park Ave, warmly welcoming guests and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

Your role and responsibilities will include;

• Welcoming guests on arrival and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding service, turning requests into delightful surprises.
• Be present in the lobby at all times and act as the go to for all guest requests.
