Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hands-on House Manager to lead the rooms operation at the Guest House. You will supervise front office, housekeeping and laundry, and engineering to deliver a superior guest experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or equivalent with 3+ years supervisory experience in front office or housekeeping.
• Computer skills required; familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of front office, housekeeping and laundry, and engineering.
• Be a visible hands-on leader on the floor during peak periods and resolve issues in real time.
• Create and execute rooms strategies to exceed guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Ensure guest experience is consistently pleasant from arrival to departure and respond to requests promptly.
