Job summary

Auntie Anne's is hiring Team Members at the Galleria Dallas location in TX. You will welcome guests, bake and serve pretzels, and ensure accurate orders while handling transactions. A reliable, friendly team player is essential to maintaining our fast-paced guest experience.

We offer flexible scheduling (20–40 hours weekly), free meals on shift, training, and opportunities for advancement. Prioritize punctuality and teamwork while delivering high-quality service in a busy food-court setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift.
• Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts.
• Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to follow directions, procedures, and brand standards consistently.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift.
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out and scheduling procedures.
• Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to ensure timely arrival.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with strong attention to detail.
• Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every aspect of the job.
• Help create a culture of teamwork, reliability, and respect.
