Job summary

Auntie Anne's in Frisco, TX is seeking reliable Team Members to join our fast-paced bakery team. You will greet guests, assist with orders, bake and serve pretzels, and help maintain a clean, safe store while providing delightful guest experiences.

No experience required; we offer paid training, flexible schedules, free on-duty meals, and opportunities to advance. Must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and be able to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety familiarity and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards
• Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out and scheduling procedures
• Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to ensure timely arrival
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with strong attention to detail
• Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every aspect of the job
• Help create a culture of teamwork, reliability, and respect
