Job summary

Auntie Anne's in Chicago, IL is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly, fast service and freshly baked pretzels. You will prepare, bake, and serve products following brand standards, operate registers, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

We offer flexible hours (20–40 per week), free on-duty meals, paid training, advancement opportunities, and uniforms. Health benefits and a 401(k) may be available based on location and tenure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shifts.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and standards.
• Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of each shift.
• Support teammates during busy periods and help reach store goals.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude in every aspect of the job.
• Help create a culture of teamwork, reliability, and respect.
