Auntie Anne's in Dallas is seeking reliable team members to join our fast-paced, guest-focused crew. You will help bake and serve fresh pretzels, handle transactions, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Handler Certification current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately.
Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift.
Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift.
Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
