Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts is hiring for Auntie Anne’s team members in San Antonio, TX. You’ll greeting guests, bake and serve pretzels to brand standards, and operate the register while ensuring accuracy and friendliness.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. Benefits may include health insurance and 401(k). No relocation needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Ability to taste test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
