Job summary

Wingstop in Pittsburgh is seeking energetic Team Members to join our crew and help deliver the Wingstop experience with every shift. You will prepare fresh food, assist guests at the counter, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a fun, fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing wings and sides, handling payments, restocking, and supporting opening/closing duties. Food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines
