Job summary

Wingstop is hiring energetic Team Members to join our crew and deliver great guest experiences. You’ll prepare fresh food, assist guests at the counter or in the kitchen, and help maintain a clean, safe environment across shifts.

In a fast-paced setting, you’ll work with a team to meet speed and quality standards, handle orders, and follow policies while enjoying growth opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines
