Wingstop is seeking energetic Team Members to join our crew in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will prepare fresh food, assist guests at the counter, and help deliver the Wingstop experience every shift.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, cooking and packaging items to Wingstop standards, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining cleanliness. A team-focused mindset and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines
