Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS and uses suggestive-selling to generate sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders and prepares/packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards and unloads/stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations and maintains prompt attendance.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and resolves issues with management.
