Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, seeks Team Members to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, prompt service in a clean, inviting environment. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and assist with food prep, stocking, and cleaning across multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Reliable, dependable and focused on customer service.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Minimum age 16; 18+ for opening/closing shifts.
• Possess any documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability to cover shifts.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and take orders with friendly service.
• Operate POS, process payments, and upsell when appropriate.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare/package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Clean dining area, restrooms and exterior spaces.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations and attend shifts on time.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues; support team goals.
