Qualifications

• Possess all documents and permits required by state/federal law.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds to issues.
• Operates cash register and uses upselling techniques to generate sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works with management to resolve issues and achieve team goals.
• Learns team effectiveness skills; supports team efforts.
